SSS Small Business Wage Subsidy Step by Step Guide

SSS Small Business Wage Subsidy – Step by Step Process

Hello!

SSS Small Business Wage Subsidy Step by Step Guide

I am actually waiting for the calamity loan too, kaso members can’t login.

If you have read the steps on how to apply the Small Business Wage Subsidy — medyo overwhelming yun… but actually, it’s not. I am going to show you the process…

P.S. This is still a developing story. Hindi pa ako tapos sa aking application on behalf of our company (I am one of the in-charge kasi). I will update this post once I am done with the entire application… but you may find the screenshots helpful!

First Step: Visit the BIR website para tingnan if your company is pre-qualified for the SBWS program

Sa homepage ng bir.gov.ph, makikita kaagad ang SBWS logo… see arrow on the screenshot above. Just click that image or logo.

It will take you to this page. Now, again, click “Verification of Pre-Qualified Business”. As you can see at the below image, kailangan ilagay ang TIN number ng employer. It will verify kung pre-qualified ba ang employer.

Thankfully, yung employer ko is pre-qualified for the SSS SBWS program… pero sure ba na approved lahat ng mga employees? No… it still subject for further validation or qualification procedure…

Take note of the passcode… copy and paste para sure.

Second Step: Go to the SSS Website and Start the Application

So, napakadali lang, hindi ka na malilito pa with other options like before… but this set-up is temporary, of course.

Okay, now, let’s proceed putting in the passcode na nakuha natin sa BIR website!

Ang gagawin natin is to input the TIN for the respective employee…

Kailangan din sagutin if paid or approved ba sa DOLE CAMP. Diyan ako medyo nalito, kasi our company is already approved, kaso we have not yet received the code from the remittance center… and as what we have heard, tumigil na si DOLE…

Hopefully, yung mga approved is talagang makatatanggap…

Lacking credentials?

In our case, mas marami ang may lacking credentials. Sabi doon, wala daw savings account.

You are lucky if naka-loan ka with the matching cash card na galing sa SSS, for sure, naka record na ang iyong savings account… for those na via check ang loan, lacking documents sila…

Dati, may options din ang mga employee to enrol a bank, that’s what I did using my Unionbank account… so, although wala akong cash card galing sa SSS mismo, I still have a savings account on its system!

As I said, this is a developing story! I will update this as soon as my progress na rin ako sa aming SBWS application…

I hope that screenshots will help you!
