Isa po ako sa mga mamayang Pilipino na gustong mabigyan ng special powers si President Duterte upang magkaroon siya ng kapangyarihan na e-realign ang funds ng government upang mas mabilis na mabigyang solusyon ang krisis ngayon dulot ng COVID-19!
I don’t want to discuss about the technicalities of this law, kasi hindi ko din kabisado ang lahat. And alam ko lang, mas mapabilis ng pangulo ang pagtugon nang mga dapat na gawin, kasi may kapangyarihan siya na gawin ito, without so much processes, etc…
And one of the good news that can directly be benefited sa mga ordinaryong mga Pinoy na katulad natin is the monthly emergency subsidy na pwedeng umabot sa PhP5000 hanggang 8,000! That’s for the duration of two months! I think that’s what we need the most, di po ba?
The biggest question lang as of now is, mapabilang kaya tayo sa listahan? Sana nga lang…

Samo’t sari naman ang reaskyon ng mga nakakita na sa breaking news na ito… Yung iba nasiyahan, kaso ang iba hindi segurado kung maka-benefit ba talaga ang mga mas nangangailangan ng emergency subsidy na ito…
Given the fact na mga LGUs ang mag-facilitate ng distributions… you know naman, may mga favoritism in terms doon… kamag-anak muna, mga malalapit na kaibagan… it’s not about accusing, but that’s the trend here…
But instead of thinking negatively, let’s all be positive that this can help lots of low-income Pinoy na tumatayong aabot sa 18,000,000!
Let us all pray that this special power will help the president solve this crisis… or lessen it… and of course, we play the biggest role by following orders… when we are advised to stay at home, and not mingle people, we must obey that…. so we can flatten the curved and say goodbye to this deadly Coronavirus!
